Discover why 150 years later the Royal Navy is still at the forefront of scientific research of our ocean. Learn about the exciting technology they use and get up close and personal with Boaty McBoatface, the AI robot submarine working alongside the RRS Sir David Attenborough.

See how tough life was for the original Challenger crew and compare how things have changed for the Royal Navy. There’s also a chance to get creative and dredge up a sea creature of your own using AI.
