The pass is valid for 14 days from the date of your first visit at a participating attraction (The D-Day Story, Emirates Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and the Mary Rose.)
The pass must be completed with the name and signature of the pass holder. Parents/guardians should sign any child passes. Pass signatories must be in attendance at the time of visit for the pass to be valid. Attractions reserve the right to ask for proof of ID.
A Portsmouth Pass gives you access to four attractions including The D-Day Story, Emirates Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and The Mary Rose.
When you purchase your Portsmouth Pass on the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard website, you have 6 months to redeem it inside our visitor centre. When you buy your ticket online, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with all the details you need.
Bring your confirmation email along on your phone or printed. We will then issue you your Portsmouth Pass on the day within the 6 months collection period.
Each attraction has different entry requirements. Please see our complete list below which breaks down what you get. Upon visiting:
- Emirates Spinnaker Tower you get 1 x entry per person
- The D-Day Story you get 1 x entry per person
- Portsmouth Historic Dockyard you get unlimited entry for 12 months
- The Mary Rose you get unlimited entry for 12 months

In short, no. If you purchase your Portsmouth Pass through the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard website, you can redeem it in our visitor centre. If you purchased it elsewhere, you need to redeem it with that ticket provider. Here's a quick list of where you can redeem tickets from other providers:
- Visit Portsmouth website - Portsmouth Pass can be collected from the Portsmouth Visitor Information Point inside the main bus station at The Hard or at The D-Day Story
- The Mary Rose website - Tickets purchased on the Mary Rose website must be collected from their visitor centre
- Emirates Spinnaker Tower website - Portsmouth Pass tickets purchased from their website must be collected from Spinnaker Tower directly
- Portsmouth Historic Dockyard website - Tickets purchased through Portsmouth Historic Dockyard website can be collected from our visitor centre
The Portsmouth Pass does not include entry to any special events at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. That includes the Victorian Festival of Christmas.
Only an original Portsmouth Pass purchased will be accepted. Photocopies or electronic copies are not valid. Defaced or damaged passes will be invalid. Unfortunately, lost Portsmouth Passes will not be replaced.
