Advance bookings through the office need to be paid in advance by cheque or bank transfer, no later than 10 days before the visit date. We are unable to take card payments over the phone.
The average visit time for each of our attractions is 60 minutes.
All of the attractions operate on a free-flow and self-guided basis. The sailing times of the Harbour Tour are released on the morning of each day and each trip operates on a first come, first served basis. Specific sailing cannot be booked in advance.
The Harbour Tour leaves from the jetty alongside HMS Warrior (subject to availability). While we welcome one and all onboard the Harbour Tour, pushchairs and buggies must be placed in our buggy parks due to health and safety. These are located close to Boathouse 4 and inside Boathouse 5. If you're unsure about locating these, please speak to a member of the team before queuing.
Toilets are situated in the following areas...
Disabled toilets are located in Boathouse No.7, Boathouse No.4, Action Stations and also in the Port Arena, next to the Mary Rose.
Our busiest times are during the school holidays and at weekends, so if you would like to avoid the crowds, please book your group visit at other times.
Once tickets have been purchased through our website or via our groups department, no refunds or exchanges can be given.
Group tickets booked through the groups department need to be booked at least 10 days before the visit date. Alternatively group tickets can be purchased via our website up to the day before visit. Web bookings of coach vouchers need to be made two days before the visit date.
To qualify for group rates, the minimum group size is 15 people; there is no maximum.
The group ticket is valid for one day only.
