As part of the 20th year of Portsmouth Festivities Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is proud to host the ‘Pity of War’ by Peter Walker.
This memorial sculpture commemorates civilian war deaths and pays respect to the nameless survivors and victims of war. The sculpture stands for the untold millions and will be a reminder of the consequences of warfare.
