We are delighted to announce that we can now welcome visitors back to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and to our Gosport Sites.
Due to current restrictions, some indoor or enclosed areas will remain closed or only permit limited visitors at any one time. You can check out exactly what's available on each of the attraction pages on this website.
Your health and safety remains our top priority and, like before, we have additional hygiene and safety measures in place through Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and our Gosport sites, including enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, one-way systems and social distancing markers.
To allow for social distancing, we are still reducing the number of visitors we welcome each day, therefore pre-booking is essential. The timeslot portal that allows you to book your return visit is now back online - so if you already have tickets, make sure you use your returner ID (sent to you via email) to book your time slot in advance.
We will be requesting all those who visit to check in using the QR code as part of NHS Test and Trace at entry and also at key points across our sites, please ensure that you have already downloaded the app before your arrival. If you do not have access to the app, we will be asking you to use our digital form at the point of entry to input your details.
For those with an unredeemed ticket, or are looking for information about ticket extensions, visiting our FAQ page is the best place to be kept up to date on the latest information as we have it.
If you want to get in touch or have an enquiry, our staff are expecting a high volume of enquiries and so emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org will be the best way to get in touch.
We can't wait to welcome you back!
