We are back on an even keel and ready to set sail again!
We are pleased to announce that we are able to welcome you back to our Portsmouth and Gosport sites as we open our doors again from Wednesday, 2 December 2020.
And we can also confirm that you can now book your return visit with us as our online booking system is back up and running again. We will be releasing new tickets every week so you will be able to book up to two weeks in advance, and the team cannot wait to see you!
As per the Government announcements, there will be a review of the tiers every two weeks - this means that moving forward, there may be areas/sites that may open and close as tiers change. We recommend that you follow us on our social channels as we will be posting regular updates on the status of each of our sites.
If you purchased a ticket while we have been closed, don't forget you have up to 12 months to redeem your ticket and it will only become active on your first visit.
Unlike last time, there is no need to worry about having to extend your tickets - we have taken care of that for you. For those of you with valid tickets during the closure period, an automatic 28 days will be added to the lifespan of your ticket, meaning you don't miss out on getting back to the dockyard to explore our amazing attractions.
If you have an enquiry about the dockyard or any of the attractions, our team are expecting to be busy on the phones talking to you all, so emailing firstname.lastname@example.org is the best way to get in touch. We will be busy but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For those of you not yet able to come and visit us, we encourage you to follow us on social media where we’ll continue to share fascinating stories from our ships and collections, as well as any updates we have to share with you.
We hope to see you all again soon.
