Drivers in Portsmouth can now pay for parking with their mobiles.. When using car parks and roadside spaces run by Portsmouth City Council, visitors can make a quick call instead of hunting for change. The pay-by-mobile system is being installed at the seafront first, but all council parking in the city will be included by the end of the summer. Portsmouth will then be the first area outside London to offer a mobile-payment option at all council-run parking. For further information about parking in Portsmouth, please click here.
