Ticket Terms

Terms and Conditions
 Please check your tickets and inform us of any errors within two working days of receipt or before a performance (whichever is earlier)
 Free parking provided within Portsmouth Historic Dockyard car park (follow the brown tourist signs for Historic Dockyard)
 Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
 Under 5s are prohibited from entry
 Every patron, including children must hold a valid ticket
 Tickets must not be re-sold for the personal gain of the holder
 Seats provided, but are not allocated so are on a first come first served basis regarding position/location
 Please be aware that there is no protection from the weather so suitable clothing will need to be worn
 Tickets cannot be refunded and lost tickets cannot be replaced
 Defaced or photocopied tickets are not acceptable
 This ticket is valid for the event shown on the front of the ticket ONLY
 The Management reserves the right to make any alteration to the advertised programme which may be rendered necessary by unavoidable cause
 We reserve the right to refuse admission, re-admission to, or request that you leave a performance
 Latecomers cannot be guaranteed access until a convenient break in the performance
 Smoking is not permitted during the performance
 All mobile phones and pagers must be switched off throughout the performance
 Only if the event does not reach the interval and has to be cancelled can refunds be applied for via email enquires@historicdockyard.co.uk after the event
 Photography during, and recording of, performances is strictly prohibited
 Ticket holders consent to the photographing, filming and sound recording of themselves in the audience
 Performances may include strobe lighting and other effects
 Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted; no other animals are allowed on site
 Registered disabled people are eligible for child concession price
 Your personal data is processed according to Data Protection legislation
 We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions from time to time
