Entry to the Historic Dockyard itself, the shops and catering outlets, is free except during special events. You will need to buy a ticket to visit any of the attractions. Prices correct from 30th March 2007.

We can recover basic rate tax on almost half of the amount you hand over - at no extra cost to you. Our Visitor Centre staff will be happy to answer any quieries about the scheme on your arrival on site.

Portsmouth Historic Dockyard Loyalty Scheme
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is pleased to announce that it is re-launching its Season Ticket from 1st April 2008. Valid for two years, the new scheme will be called, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard Loyalty Scheme and will be made up of a two tiered ticket allowing visitors to choose a ticket that best suits their requirements. It offers unlimited access to HMS Victory, HMS Warrior 1860, the Mary Rose Museum and Ship Hall, the Royal Naval Museum, Action Stations and Harbour Tours for two years.

Captain's Boarding Pass - discounted entry to events at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.
Benefits for both tickets include:- Friends and Family Discount: 25% discount for up to four people, including events.

Tickets for Special EventsPlease note that Historic Dockyard tickets may not be valid for special events, please check before you visit. Gift aid return tickets are not valid for the Meet Your Navy event from 25th - 27th July or A Victorian Festival of Christmas from 28th - 30th November.

Ticket & Entry Conditions
1 Must be accompanied by an over 18 year old
2 Family tickets provide entrance for up to five members of the same family, maximum two adults/seniors
*All Inclusive and Loyalty Club tickets are valid for Action Stations, Mary Rose Ship Hall and Museum, HMS Victory, HMS Warrior 1860, Royal Naval Museum, Harbour Tour and The Dockyard Apprentice. Also valid for entry to the Trafalgar Sail display subject to availability and demand.
** Please note that the Loyalty Club ticket features a photograph of the holder(s). Use of the card is restricted to those featured in the photograph. A family ticket comprises a maximum of 2 adults/seniors and up to 3 children.
***HMS Victory single ticket will also include a visit to the Trafalgar Sail display. Please note visiting the sail will be subject to availability and demand.
Visitors who are disabled are eligible for the concessionary child rate and when accompanied by a registered carer, the carer can access the site for free. For more information on our accessibility, click here.
Children under 16 and students (with valid ID) are eligible for the child price.
Children under 5 are FREE.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Animals are not permitted on the site (only Assistance Dogs).
Groups of 15 people or more can receive a discount off of all-inclusive tickets and the single attraction ticket. Please contact the Sales Office on 023 9283 9766 for more information.
