Visitors invited to take part in festive activities at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
Visitors are invited to celebrate the festive season at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard with family activities ranging from torch light trails on board HMS Warrior 1860 to a Tudor Christmas at the Mary Rose Museum.
Highlights include:
• Saturday 15th December, 11am & 2pm. Santa's Torchlight Trails on board HMS Warrior 1860. Visitors can bring a torch to explore the ship and help Santa find the missing presents. Free with a valid attraction ticket.
• Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 December, 11am – 1pm & 2pm – 4pm. Winter Wonderland at the Royal Naval Museum. Christmas crafts with a nautical theme. Free drop in workshop, all ages welcome.

Daily:
• Tudor Christmas at the Mary Rose Museum, 11am – 12pm & 2pm - 4pm. Tudor-style activities aimed at all ages. Free with a valid attraction ticket.
• Help with your Tudor Project at the Mary Rose Museum, 10am – 4pm. Visitors can get inspired by the exhibition of work by pupils studying the Mary Rose. Find information and resources on the Mary Rose and Tudor life from our costumed guides and shop. Free entry to classroom and shop.
• Hunt the Slipper on board, HMS Warrior 1860, 10am – 4.30pm. Free with a valid attraction ticket.
During the Christmas period, the Historic Dockyard opens at 10am everyday, except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
