The Mary Rose Museum will be inviting mums to pop in and sample some free chocolate and wine from 10am on Sunday 22nd March.
Treat your mum to a day out with a difference at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, a stunning setting steeped with history spanning 800 years.
The Mary Rose Museum exhibits hundreds of Tudor artefacts including original finds from Henry VIII’s favourite warship. Thousands of personal, domestic and military objects were recovered, including a selection of wooden combs, some still with the nits attached – bringing you closer to history that you could ever imagine!
