The Mary Rose team introduce children to a particular form of poetry and help them to develop original ideas while keeping to a set structure. Pupils are encouraged to write their own poem using adventurous language. Choose a poetic style to suit your pupils: kennings, haiku, dramatic monologue or tankas. |
