Peak Period Mobile Ticket Seller

The Mobile Ticket Seller is responsible for actively engaging visitors around the site and in our secondary ticket office to optimise opportunities for ticket, guidebook and gift aid sales. You will also provide assistance and information to visitors on site layout and the attractions.

You will be a lively individual who has previous experience in a sales and customer service environment. You will be a good communicator, numerate with cash handling and till reconciliation experience and the ability to work well on your own initiative.

Working on a 4 day on 4 day off shift pattern your working hours will be 1000 and 1600 hours from the beginning of April to the end of September 2011 with the possibility of some additional hours during October half term and during major events held on site.
