The National Museum of the Royal Navy (Portsmouth) has the following exciting career opportunity.
Annualised Hours Customer Care Assistant £6.19per hour.
Applicants need excellent communication skills and have a strong understanding of customer care principles. Applicants should have recent experience of delivering an outstanding customer experience. Applicants that have worked with CCTV systems in a Museum or similar environment would be ideal. An interest in Royal Naval, Georgian and Napoleonic history is desirable
This Customer Care post is on an Annualised Hours contract, generally set at a minimum of 350 hours per year.
