Peak Period Visitor Services Co-ordinators

Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is one of the leading visitor attractions in the South of England and we are currently recruiting for seasonal staff.

We are looking for lively individuals to join our front of house operations team within the Visitor Centre.

Working alternate weekends you will be required to assist on the Front Desk with all customer facing challenges with an enthusiastic approach. You will need to be well organised, have excellent communications and customer service skills along with effective staff supervisory skills. You will also need a good understanding of computer systems and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team.

You will need to be available for work from 26 March 2012 until the end of September 2012. There will be a possibility of some additional hours during October half term and during major events held on site.
