Peak Period Visitor Hosts
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is one of the leading visitor attractions in the South of England and we are currently recruiting for seasonal staff.
We are looking for additional till operators to work alternate weekends in our busy Visitor Centre between the hours of 11am to 3pm. Duties will include maximising guidebook and gift aid sales to customers and ensuring best customer service. You will need to be available for work from 26 March 2012 until the end of September 2012. There will be a possibility of some additional hours during October half term and during major events held on site.
You will be a lively individual who has previous experience in a sales and customer service environment. You will be a good communicator, numerate, have cash handling experience and able to work well on your own initiative.
