Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is one of the leading visitor attractions in the South of England and we are currently recruiting for seasonal staff.

As Victory Gate Visitor Host you will be responsible for welcoming visitors to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

The role will involve offering general assistance to all visitors as well as providing ticket and attraction information. You will also be required to control vehicular access to the site.

You will need to have a friendly disposition and be prepared to actively engage with visitors.

You will work on a 4 day on, 4 day off shift pattern between 26 March 2012 and the end of September 2012 with the possibility of some additional hours during October half term and during major events held on site. Hours of work will be 1000 – 1630 hours.
