'Children''s Moonlit Memories Meander'

Within the magical grounds of Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard, a night-time walk for children.

Once a year for the past 3 years The Rowans Hospice has invited adults to take part in a 'Moonlit Memories Walk'. To date walkers have raised an incredible £1 million for the Hospice. but we have had lots of children and young people asking why they cannot do the walk too, and so for the first time in 2010 we have designed an event just for them!

The Children's Moonlit Memories Meander is a night-time walk for children between the ages of 0-16 in the October half-term holidays. Starting at 6.00pm, participants have the option of walking either a 1.5 or a 3 mile route within the magical grounds of the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

Registration is £5.00 with a sponsorship target of £25.00. Each child will recieve a medal and a meal on completion.
