'Action Medical Research "Walk For Tiny Lives"'

Walk for Tiny Lives is organised by Action Medical Research, a leading UK children’s medical research charity and will encourage friends and families to take part in a short walk around Portsmouth and help raise funds for vital medial research and help doctors find ways to reduce the unacceptably high rate of premature birth.

The event in Portsmouth will start at 10am and finish approximately 3pm at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and will follow a 3 mile (approx) route through The Hard Interchange, Gunwharf Quays, Old Portsmouth.

Everyone wanting to take part will register for free on the website www.walkfortinylives.org.uk and will be kept up to date via email with route information, fundraising tips and what to expect on the day.

We hope that walkers will come in fancy dress, and take part in a trivia trail along the way and will end the afternoon’s activities with a picnic in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.
