National Archaeology Week at the Mary Rose Museum and HMS Victory

Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 July 11am – 12noon & 2pm – 4pm Archaeology in Action at the Hands-on maritime archaeology activities for all ages. Free with a valid attraction ticket Monday 14 - Friday 18 July 2 pm How archaeology has helped to restore HMS Victory on board HMS Victory A series of special talks by Peter Goodwin the Keeper and Curator of HMS Victory explaining how he has used archaeological techniques and research to restore Victory to her 1805 glory. Try your hand at archaeological drawing, have a go at solving some maritime mysteries and learn all about what you can discover by using archaeology!
