Ask anyone to name the most famous warships in the world and Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior 1860 are sure to feature. Come face to face with 800 years of naval history at the National Museum of the Royal Navy, climb a wall like a Commando in the interactive Action Stations and feel the sea breeze in your hair on a Harbour Tour - these 6 great attractions are all included on a ticket for Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

At the Royal Navy Submarine Museum visitors can go on board the Royal Navy's first submarine, Holland 1 and X24, the only surviving WWII midget submarine and hear a veteran submariner's stories about living beneath the waves.

And at the MOD's formerly secret weapon's store, now Explosion! Museum of Naval Firepower, you can get up close to massive guns, mines, missiles, depth charges, explosives and other Royal Navy hardware from the days of sail to the modern age.

The ticket price includes Waterbus travel between the three attractions. A continuous service runs throughout the day with the boat leaving Portsmouth Historic Dockyard every hour. Travellers must show their ticket but don't need to book, you can leave and re-join the boat as you wish, depending on how long you want to spend at each stop.
